I lived in St Louis as a child, moved away, came back as a teenager. I learned to drive here, went off to college at MIZZOU, then joined the Air Force and left to see the world.  But when my husband and I retired from the military, we came back home to St Louis.  This is where our roots are.  I offer local expertise tailored to meet your needs. If I don't know the specific information that you want, I probably have a friend who does (I had an incoming client who wanted a violin teacher for her daughter, so I connected her to another client who was a violin teacher, someone wanted ice hockey info for their child, I have a sister and several friends who play ice hockey).




As a local professional, I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy. I will do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. I will make the process as pleasurable and stress-free an experience for you as I can. SUCCESS
I don't measure my success through awards received or achievements, but through the satisfaction of my clients. When a closing ends and I hand someone the key to their new home or the check for that home, it's a wonderful feeling.  The smiles on their faces, the celebration in their voices are what makes this job what it is.  I don't walk away at that point though.  I'm here for as long as I'm needed.  A year later, 10 years, later, if you need advice, a good contractor to build a deck or fix a roof, I'm here.  My success is measured by my past clients autmatically telling their friends and family to call me when they are thinking about buying or selling a home, because they trust me and know that I will give others the same extraordinary service I gave them.
